There was Man and Wife... Then they added a couple dogs, and finally a baby. Then the baby got a tooth, no one slept through the night, a Wal-mart worker asked the Wife if she was sick (I must look horrible!) and the dogs decided to bark at everyone who walked down the street.
This is our life. It's a good life, though it has its challenges. But life is pretty good.

- My name is Melissa, and I'm married to a wonderful guy named Ryan. We became parents in 2009 to a very active boy, Ethan and live in a very lovely house that my husband works very hard to pay for. I'm currently a SAHM (stay at home mom) until the money runs out! We have a very active rescue-mutt named Reese and a very non-active rescue-Pitbull named Pitunia. (that's right, Pitunia the Pitbull... not very scary, I know) My husband and I attended the same High School, but didn't find each other until 5 years after I graduated, spending some good time looking for each other. (and some not so good times) Now I'm learning how to be a Mom, and my son is enjoying teaching me. He smiles all the time, especially while wiping strained peas in his hair or when diapers explode. (yes, they can do that)
